ShopCare is open to ACA Shop Members and Allied Members for only $30 per employee per year.

What is an EAP Program? An EAP provides a confidential source that employees can use to find support and resources for certain challenges they face.

AN EAP PROGRAM CAN:
Improve the culture of your shop, employee productivity, and employee engagement. Address safety and security issues, reduce costs related to employee turnover, absenteeism, workers' compensation claims, health care costs, accidents, and grievances.

ShopCare includes modern access to mental health care, expansive solutions for whole health, and high-level partnership for maximum engagement and positive outcomes.
